These garages are made from galvanized panels that are fastened securely and finished externally with structural plaster.
Our plastered prefabricated garages can be equipped with either a sectional overhead door or a double-leaf door made from corrugated sheet metal. You can customize these plastered prefabricated garages according to your needs.

Insulated Wall Structure
Equipment and design using our best construction methods. The modular design offers exceptional customization. We provide the most important elements—your walls—in four versions, with spray plaster available in nine colors. You can initially choose between profiled or flat walls. Of course, all sections can also be produced in custom sizes.
The entire garage can be easily redesigned later, even adding luxury features such as a green roof. This level of flexibility is possible only with steel-element system garages.

Roof Waterproofing with Metal System
Waterproofing of the roof is executed according to DIN Spec 91440 – Sealing of prefabricated concrete garages per DIN EN 13978-1.
The individual roof waterproofing consists of:
- A waterproof layer covering the entire roof surface.
- Constructed using a mineral, flexible, reactive setting waterproofing compound, or, if required for production reasons, an equivalent polymer-modified bitumen membrane (e.g., PYE G 200 S4).
This system ensures long-lasting protection against water infiltration while maintaining compliance with relevant DIN standards.
